Exchanges

Rings Knife offers free exchanges on all items within 60 days of purchase.

Exchange Process

1. Email us at info@ringsknife.com for exchanges with your name, order #, and exchange request.

2. After we’ve confirmed acknowledgement of your exchange, mail your product to the address we have specified in the email.

3. After you’ve mailed your product back to us within the sixty (60) day window, email us at info@ringsknife.com with the tracking number so that we can begin your exchange as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT:

Mail back the item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for costs associated with shipping the product(s) back to us for exchanges. Ring Knife is responsible for costs associated with shipping the exchanged item back to the buyer.

There is a limit of three (3) total exchanges per order.

Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

International Exchanges

There is a $9 fee per exchange for international exchanges to account for additional international shipping expenses.

Warranty

Rings Knife warrants each new product against defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase and agrees to replace any defective product without charge.

IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, use or misuse, lack of reasonable care.
